Reconnect: A Community Gathering of Movement & Connection
A space to deepen connection—within and with others.
Flow:
Authentic Relating (30 min): Guided practices to cultivate presence, active listening, and heartfelt connection.
Guided Movement / Embodiment (30 min): Explore breath, awareness, and movement to awaken the body and spirit.
Ecstatic Dance (45 min): A free-form, heart-centered dance journey—no steps to follow, just pure expression.
